Good morning,

Based on your statement, the unit was owned by 4 owners prior the passing of your late father? In normal cases, the joint ownership is between your mother and late father.
However, if the unit is really jointly owned by your mother, your sister and yourself, I'm afraid that you would need the consent of the other co-owners to buy over your share.

Good day,

The first thing you will need to do is to ensure your name are in the ownership of the flat, if this is a HDB.
You should log in using 2FA in www.hdb.gov.sg under "My HDBpage" to check whether your are the legal owner of the flat.

Upon confirmation, you will have to get consent from the rest of the co-owner to take over your share.

They will need to have the financial capability to do so, implied passing the requirement of MSR.

Once the above done, you will need to approach HDB hub in Toa Payoh to get all document done accordingly.
